2. Which cars belong to a specific category?

2. I;t a fine during my rental period. What do I have to do?
Pay immediately the fine to avoid any handling and postal fee charge when the fine
is notified by the Authority to our Company as unpaid.
Any fines you receive in hand are to be paid immediately to the Local Authorities.
Any fines received directly to our Company will be deducted from your credit card
including the Traffic Administration fee.
4. What is the handling and postal fee for a fine/toll?
This is a charge to cover the administrative expenses to communicate to the
Authority your data in order to notify the fine/toll under your name to your address.

incurred Traffic Violations.
5. I have not received the fine/toll from the Authority yet. How can I pay it?
Please wait for the Authority's fine/toll notification under your name with the payment
instructions or contact the Authority directly.
In Malta we do not have any tolls.
Any fines and / or CVA bills received by our company will be debited from the client’s
credit card including the Traffic Administration fee. All documentation will then be
emailed to the client.

3. What happens if my flight is delayed?
If the customer provided correct flight info and mobile number when booking the car,
the rental desk shall check the flight and keep the car for the customer. If the
customer reaches the desk after regular opening hours, out of hour fees apply. If
flight info and mobile number were not provided and the customer does not contact
the desk to inform about delay, the car shall be considered free after two hours.
4. When is the deposit returned?
If the car is returned without any damages, the deposit is released immediately upon
closing the rental agreement. However, the amount will actually be available again
depending on the company that issued the credit card. Maximum of 30 days.
5. Can I extend the rental?
Any extension requests must be done directly at the pick-up location, whereby total
cost of extra days will be advised and payment effected.
