A. Car Rental Agent

Job Description:
Based within the Malta International Airport, the Rental Agent will deal with customer queries about the availability and cost of vehicles.
Takes bookings and explains the terms of rental agreements.
Completes rental contract with the customer and takes payments.

Skills Required:
Excellent customer care and communication skills.
Sales skills.
Organizational and time management skills.
Administrative and IT skills.
Basic maths and cash handling skills.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English and Italian.
Previous work experience with the Car Rental Industry will be considered an asset as well as knowledge of other languages.

B. Car Park Attendant

Job Description:
Based within the Malta International Airport, the Car Park Attendant provides friendly, efficient service during collection and return of the rental vehicle.
Greet all clients as they arrive in the car park.
Complete a vehicle inspection form with the client upon collection of the car.
Upon return of the vehicle, remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a number plate, date, time and turn into lost and found.
Check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and complete damage / loss report.
Check that vehicle has been returned with the same amount of fuel as taken upon collection.
